As an Admin, there is nothing better than searching the AppExchange to find that banging new App that is going to help give our Users, Devs, Admins just that.
The Apps in this blog are all tools that I have used. They not only help the team at Desynit become more productive, but streamlined business processes and our customers love our efficiency. There is not a day that goes by that at least one of these apps isn’t used, I am the admin after all, I check ;-). We love them, and I hope you guys will too!

Hands up if you have lots of files and folders in your cloud storage platform and are forever losing track of where things are? Admins, if you re looking for a different approach to Email Integration then look no further than Ebsta. Having seen this amazing App is action, there is so much to love about it. Not only does it integrate your inbox with SF, but it does so by unlocking the power of your company network, from any browser, any device and any inbox!
Here is what I love about Ebsta as a Salesforce Admin:-
Emails – You can connect and manage emails/activities from any of your colleagues inbox right there in Salesforce. Once you have linked your inbox to Ebsta in Salesforce, all actives are recorded against the Account. Individual users (based on the privacy permissions the Admin assigns) can then decide whether to add the email to the relevant contact record, hide the email from other users, or view the email right there in Salesforce.
Contacts – this feature gives you the power of your company at your disposal. Not only can you view the relationships between your customers and colleagues, but with ‘Velocity’ you can now view the colleague who is the primary contact (based on email interactions) for that customer. And if that isn’t enough you can even update contact information based on information pulled from email signatures – in bulk too!
