Ever wanted a quick and easy way to import your Gmail Contacts into Salesforce? Well, I have just the solution for you. With Cirrus Insight you have the option to easily add your Gmail Contacts to Salesforce without having to leave Gmail.
Not only does Cirrus Insight give you the option to add your Gmail Contacts to Salesforce with just a few clicks, but it also helps you identify whether your Google Contacts are already in Salesforce as a Contact or Lead.
Wait, there is more.
If you want to add your Gmail Contact as a Lead, Cirrus Insight also provides the option to do so.
To find out how you can add your Gmail Contacts using Cirrus Insights check out the steps below.
1. Navigate to your Contacts in Gmail.
2. You will see a list of contact groups. Select the group of contacts you wish to add to Salesforce.
3. Once you have selected a group you will notice that each contact has a coloured circle next to their name. This determines whether they have been added to Salesforce as a Contact or Lead.
a. A clear circle indicates that the contact record has not been added to Salesforce
b. A blue circle indicates that the contact record has already been added to Salesforce
c. An orange circle indicates that the contact record exists in Salesforce as a Lead
4. Select click or hover over a contact that has not already been added to Salesforce
5. Click the +Create Contact or +Create Lead in the Cirrus Insight Dialogue to the right of your contact.
6. Continue to add the accounts details to the record and hit Save.
Adding Contacts to Salesforce has never been so easy!
