Google Calendar Gadget – Jenny’s Weekly Tip #14

I don’t know about you, but I sure would like my Google Calendar and email to be viewable all from the same page. Well, thanks to Google Labs, this can now happen.

If you want an easy way to view what is going on in your working day, then follow the instructions below:

1. Navigate to the cog and click Settings

2. Click the Labs tab

3. Scroll down until you find the Google Calendar Gadget and select Enable.

4. Remember to save all changes.

5. Click the … which will be located in the bottom left of your inbox

 6. A preview of your Google Calendar will appear showing you all yours and your subscribe calendar events.

7. To remove this, simple disable the lab.

Voila! You now have a view of your calendar within your inbox.
