Saving Emails to Salesforce with Cirrus Insight – Jenny’s Weekly Tip #10

Cirrus Insight emails

Have you been using Cirrus Insight and find that you are not getting the full potential out of their useful features? For example, you have an important email conversation with a customer that you want to save to Salesforce, but you don’t know how to?

With Cirrus Insight you can automatically relate emails to contacts and account records or specify how you want the email to relate to Salesforce, even relating emails to custom fields and objects. Furthermore, you can add attachments, including Google Docs, and Cirrus will even track and display which emails you have logged to Salesforce.

Here are two ways to save emails from Gmail into Salesforce.

1. Automatically relate emails to contacts using the Quick Add button.

2. Use the Add to Salesforce button to specify exactly how you want the email to relate in Salesforce.
