Dreamforce 2017 Digest: an daily update from the conference next week

Dreamforce 17 Daily Digest

The great thing about Salesforce is that’s it is always, always moving on (…for example, have you seen the Salesforce AppExchange recently?ย Itโ€™s had a radical facelift. And that’s just one example). Next week at the annual Salesforce super-conference in San Francisco, Dreamforce 2017, there is going to be a huge range of announcements coming from the ‘World’s Most Innovative Company’. It’s not just the future of Salesforce: to a great extent Dreamforce gives the world a ‘State of Enterprise Technology’. With 25 keynotes and over 3,200 sessions in total,ย to be honestย it’s going to be information overload.

Desynit have been sending members of the team over the conference for the last 6 years, this year is no exception with Edith, Julio and Gary making the trip stateside. In between delivering their own presentations*, Edith and Julio will be taking the temperature of all things Salesforce Developer orientated. At the same time, Gary is going to be prowling the Expo, in an App trialling whirlwind.ย  In addition, we’ve got the team back in the UK poised and ready to take in the keynote events, which will be streamed live from the conference.

All in all, we are ready to deliver to deliver the need-to-know info from the event each day in the form of our Daily Dreamforce 17 Digest.ย

We’ll kick off the week with Salesforce MVP conference predictions. Then we will be serving up highlights and insights on the AppExchange, Trailhead, Admins, B2B Marketing and Conference Keynotes. On Tuesday night 8-10pm our Salesforce Developers Simon, Tom and Dorian will be taking over Desynit Twitter and live tweeting highlights from the Developer Keynote. There will be an ‘App of the Day’ review from Gary, for good measure. And finally a conference round up on Friday.

You can read the report on the Desynit blog each day, or sign up now for the Good Systems Newsletter and you can get the whole thing delivered direct to your email inbox each day. The hashtag to follow on Twitter is #DF17daily.

It’s going to be a busy week.ย I hope you’ll join us!

*Julio and Edith are presenting two sessions:-

Los 10 Mandamientos Apex (The 10 Apex Commandments in Spanish)

Adiรณs JS Monolito, Hola Lightning (Goodbye JS Monolith, Hello Lightning)
