With busy working days the last thing we want to do is chase emails and worry about if they have been delivered to the recipient or not. So wouldnโt it be great if there was a way that you can see if your emails had been received?
With Cirrus Insights new feature – Email Tracking, this is possible. Email tracking allows you to know who opens your emails, when and where in the world. Being able to track your one-to-one emails means that you can see how your customers and prospects are responding to your messages. Not only can you track emails by location, but you can also see what device they have been opened on.
So, let’s see how you can enable Email Tracking in Gmail.
1. Navigate to Settings in the Cirrus Insight Sidebar and select Email Tracking
2. Make sure โTrack Emails by Defaultโ and โEnable Real Time Notificationsโ
Once Email Tracking has been enabled you are pretty much good to go.
1.Tick the Email Tracking Icon when composing/responding to an email.
2. Check your Recent Opens, Unopened and Person information on all sent email.
3. You can hover over an email to receive a snapshot of the Subject, Time opened, Number of Times Opened etc.
1. When an email has been opened by the recipient you can receive pop ups on your desktop informing you of that.
1. Why not follow up an email with a quick call and then document that call in Salesforce.

These are just a few of the functions that you can expect from the new Email Tracking feature from Cirrus Insight.
